How many days do I have to return my order?
Returns are free (within the EU) & easy within 100 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our return policy. 
What should I do if I haven't received my refund yet?
Refunds are processed within 14 days. It takes 1 - 2 days to transfer the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we’ve processed the returned product(s) and you will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s).
How much does it cost to return a product(s)?
Returns don't cost a thing within the EU. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge. Please make sure to follow our guidelines on how to return a product. Outside the EU, the return costs are for your own account.
Can I return my store order to any store?
You can return your order only to the store where you purchased the product.  The return policy of the store you bought your product applies to your purchase.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
We can’t exchange products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address.
How do I return my product(s)?
You can return your online order free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order. The article should be unused, you need to add a proof of purchase and the article should be returned in the original packaging. In order to return your order, you have to send an email to our customer service department. Our customer service department will send you a specific packing slip. How will I get my refund?
We’ll send you an email once we receive your order, to confirm we have it. After that, returns to our online shop are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Our quality assurance team inspects the returns to make sure they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. If they do, you will be refunded through the same payment method and currency you used to purchase your order.

It takes 1 - 2 additional calendar days to make the refund to your bank account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a little longer to apply the credit to your account.
When will you receive my return package?
After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 2 - 5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us.

As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. 
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There are certain things we consider when returns are sent in.

The product must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. If you bought the product through a third party, please speak to them about your return, as they may have their own policy. 

The product must be returned within its return period. If you bought the product from the Online Shop, please return it there. If you bought the product at a store, the return policy of that local store applies.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
Will I get a refund on my shipping costs?
We will refund your shipping costs when possible. In some cases, your entire shipping costs can be refunded, like if you are returning your whole order. We won't be able to refund your shipping costs if you are only returning part of your order. 
Why do I have to wait for Dunlop to receive my returned product(s) before I can get a refund?

Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned products meet our return's conditions.
 
We need to check and make sure the product(s) you returned:

  • Fall within our 100-day return period. That's 100 days since the day you received the order.
  • Aren’t worn beyond normal use.
  • Are in their original state and are not damaged.
  • Are in their original packaging.
  • Still has its original label or hangtag attached.

As long as your product(s) meet the above criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price and delivery costs (in case of completely returned orders). If your returned product(s) don't meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won't be able to give you a refund.
