IMPORTANT – BEFORE USING

  1. Please check that the product you have ordered is the product you have received. Check the box/bag for product name and code, description, colour and safety standards to ensure that you have received the correct item. If any aspect does not match your original order, DO NOT USE. Please return the product to your supplier.
  2. The selection of correct footwear should be based on the risks of your working environment and the protection required. For any advice on the suitability of our boots within specific environments, please contact your national sales office.
  3. Please check all safety standards and elements to ensure the product you have features the specifications you require.
  4. Carefully inspect your boots before every use. If you are not sufficiently happy that the boots are appropriate for application, DO NOT USE.
  5. Ensure the boots are not damaged in any way and are in good condition. Check that all the protective elements (such as the steel toecap and/or steel midsole) are present and in good order.
  6. Your boots are resistant to some chemicals, acids, bases and disinfectants. Prolonged and frequent use and exposure to these elements at high temperatures (above 60°C) will result in damage. Please carry out regular checks and maintenance to monitor the condition of your boots. Replace when necessary.
  7. We cannot guarantee a minimum lifespan for any of our products. The products lifespan strongly depends on its application, frequency of use, exposure to corrosive materials and temperatures, correct/incorrect usage and all other environmental, physical and maintenance related elements. 
  8. Please try on your boots before use to ensure a correct and comfortable fit.
